Short cuts always lead to long trouble XD

Maybe if those two boys took a different kind of short cut, they could actually see where they're going.

If I didn't know any better I would assume the brother's names were Dewey and Lewy.

Is the your not showing the twins eyes is because they are dead? The letter from her parents did not say anything about them. Yes I did see one of them with an eye a few pages back. Some comics use character without visible eyes to indicate they are dead.

Nope! Their haircuts were based on old depictions of medieval irish kerns, whose hairstyle seemed to cover their eyes:

"I still to this day wonder why she sent those two little demons with me." - Well, lassie, you see, when two people really like each other and need to relax a bit, they sometimes need a bit of privacy... Also, completely unrelated: how would you feel about another brother/sister? :P

That vote incentive is gorgeous! I'm not sure what she is, but she's certainly kitted out for battle. :)

And now we're going to find out why Colleen chose dungeoneering for her method of saving the family, aren't we?

Thanks! I'll post it on my social media pages eventually along with a description of who she is.

We'll see what happens next ;)

It may be a serious error in judgement to trust the advice of a couple of 12 year olds.

I am in doubt about whether that is really true.

^ I know you were joking but here's a Wiki article about the theory.
Dunning-Kruger effect
Guest 2nd Jun 2019, 2:06 AM edit delete reply
I know about that theory, though I don't really know if I buy into that either, partially their claimed observations and presentation, and partially and mostly the theory/theories that seek to explain the given observations and presentation.

<_< Why do I suddenly expect them to run into a house made of gingerbread in the middle of the woods now?
padanew 2nd Jun 2019, 4:23 AM edit delete reply
padanew
There is no way the a gingerbread house would survive in the woods. All the bugs would eat it.
Guest 2nd Jun 2019, 4:45 AM edit delete reply
What if the gingerbread is magic?

(or would that attract magic-eating bugs?)
Worstcase 2nd Jun 2019, 9:25 AM edit delete reply
What do you think the witch eats on days no children show up?
Packless1 2nd Jun 2019, 3:48 PM edit delete reply
...she might have some kids in the fridge, when suply is low...! ;-)
io 2nd Jun 2019, 10:23 PM edit delete reply
bad stuff happens in the woods. faerie abductions, ogresses eating children, or in some cases wolves eat you.

I used to update twice a week, but I haven't been able to this last year because of bills to pay.
I plan to eventually get back to biweekly updates, though!
